Since the release of Tony "mentally ill" Matterhorn's song, the Dutty Wine has become one of the most popular and mainstream dances of all time. It is commonly seen in dancehalls, house parties and competitions around the world. The dance has be embraced by millions of women. . . and a few "adventurous" men. Dancehall culture is often criticized for being raw and controversial but where should the line be drawn? It is all in good fun or is it inappropriate for this cute little girl to do the dance?
